Today is all Souls day. Let us pray for the departed souls of our family. The 8.00am Mass was offered by the Bishop. He prayed for souls of Bishops, Priests and Lay faithful who are buried inside the Church .
Today during 8.00am Mass the Sunday Catechism Teaches celebrated their Patron’s day.
Today we are having Liturgical Seminar in our Cultural Hall from 9 am to 1.pm
Today Catholic Sabha is holding Elocution competition for the children in the Rosario College.
Last week a group of pilgrims from our parish had gone to Vailankanni & Mylapur. The group has donated Rs. 6050/- to the church. We thank Fr. Amith for his leadership.

-    Communion to the sick will be brought next week.

-    Meeting of the Ladies Social Service League will be held on Wednesday after evening Mass.

-    The School Children will have Mass on First Friday of the month.

-    Next Friday’s Adoration & Sunday Liturgy will be animated by the Members of Legion of Mary. They are celebrating their Patroness’ Feast.

-    The last leg of our auction in aid to the Mission Sunday will be held on next Sunday after 8.00am Mass. There will be food stalls. Coupons will be available with the ward Gurkars and representatives and youth.

-    The Catechism exam will be held next Sunday at 8.00a.m. We request parents to take note of this and give attention to your children. The results will be published on the notice board. Failed students will have re- exams.
Other Matter:

-    We are also organizing a short pilgrimage to our Sunday Catechism Children on November 16th after children’s Mass. More details are on the notice board.

-    The parish will be celebrating Senior Citizen’s day on November 16th. We request the ward Gurkars to collect names from their respective ward and hand over to Antony D’Silva. The Catholic Sabha will be organizing the programme.

-    Fathima Retreat house will be organizing retreat. For more details see the notice board.

-    In honor of St. John Paul, a motor Cade is arranged from the Bishop’s house to Bajpe on November 23rd at 3.00p.m. Those interested to join the same, may give their names in the church office.

-    The church office will remain closed on November 04th.

-    RIP: Clement D’Souza, (56 years), w/o Leena D’Souza, St. Peter Ward, expired on 31th October in Saudi Arabia. We are waiting for the funeral details.

Sunday Announcements on 3.11.2013 :

Today we celebrated the Feast of the Patron Saint of Catechism teachers St Charles Boromeo. The celebration was held during the 7.30 mass. We thank all the catechism teachers and wish them a happy feast.
We thank all who actively participated in today’s mission auction which was held before this mass.
Please return as early as possible the mission collection boxes and the covers in connection with the same
The confirmation catechism test is going on now
There will be elocution competition conducted by the catholic sabhha which will be held in the conference hall at 10.30 am today
Last Sundays offertory collection was Rs. 8,776/-
Feasts this week: Monday: St Charles Boromeo, Saturday: Consecration of the Lateren Basilica of Mary
Programmes this week:
Tomorrow there will be a Diocesan convention of the Religious and the Priests of the Diocese of Mangalore which will be held in our Cultural hall from 9 am to 1.30 pm. Bishop of Puna, Thomas Dabre will be the resource person. Please pray for the success of the same.
Communion to the sick will be brought on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Instead of Monday the communion will be brought on Wednesday.
Next Friday there will be mass for the school children
Coming Fridays adoration and Sunday liturgy will be animated by the legion of Mary sodality members. Coming Sunday they will be celebrating their patroness feast.
Coming Saturday there will be Parish Pastoral Council meeting held in the mini hall at 6pm
Coming Sunday there will be confessions and rehearsal for the confirmation only forthe selected candidates.

On the 20 th of November there will be pilgrimage for the catechism children. Children will be given with no objection letters seeking permission from their parents. Please sign as required.
On the 17th of November at 2pm there will be Walk for Christ a rally organized for the youth from Milagres church to Rosario church. We request the youth of Rosario to actively participate in the same.
Inclusion of names, revision and additions and deletions of the names of the voters from the voter’s list process is already begun. Please have a look at the notice board for the same.
RIP: Violet D’Souza,(74 years) 29th October, Nithyadar Ward,
Nelson Aranha, (52 years), 30th October earlier Peters ward later to Lourds ward. We pray for the departed members of our parish.

Today is all Souls day. Let us pray for the departed souls of our family. The 8.00am Mass was offered by the Bishop. He prayed for souls of Bishops, Priests and Lay faithful who are buried inside the Church .

Today during 8.00am Mass the Sunday Catechism Teaches celebrated their Patron’s day.

Today we are having Liturgical Seminar in our Cultural Hall from 9 am to 1.pm

Today Catholic Sabha is holding Elocution competition for the children in the Rosario College.

Last week a group of pilgrims from our parish had gone to Vailankanni & Mylapur. The group has donated Rs. 6050/- to the church. We thank Fr. Amith for his leadership.

- Communion to the sick will be brought next week.

- Meeting of the Ladies Social Service League will be held on Wednesday after evening Mass.

- The School Children will have Mass on First Friday of the month.

- Next Friday’s Adoration & Sunday Liturgy will be animated by the Members of Legion of Mary. They are celebrating their Patroness’ Feast.

- The last leg of our auction in aid to the Mission Sunday will be held on next Sunday after 8.00am Mass. There will be food stalls. Coupons will be available with the ward Gurkars and representatives and youth.

- The Catechism exam will be held next Sunday at 8.00a.m. We request parents to take note of this and give attention to your children. The results will be published on the notice board. Failed students will have re- exams.

Other Matter:

- We are also organizing a short pilgrimage to our Sunday Catechism Children on November 16th after children’s Mass. More details are on the notice board.

- The parish will be celebrating Senior Citizen’s day on November 16th. We request the ward Gurkars to collect names from their respective ward and hand over to Antony D’Silva. The Catholic Sabha will be organizing the programme.

- Fathima Retreat house will be organizing retreat. For more details see the notice board.

- In honor of St. John Paul, a motor Cade is arranged from the Bishop’s house to Bajpe on November 23rd at 3.00p.m. Those interested to join the same, may give their names in the church office.

- The church office will remain closed on November 04th.

- RIP: Clement D’Souza, (56 years), w/o Leena D’Souza, St. Peter Ward, expired on 31th October in Saudi Arabia. We are waiting for the funeral details.
