As a part of school activity Rosary Kindergarten celebrated Blue Day on Wednesday 18th July, 2018. As the dress code of the day, Teachers and students were all dressed in blue attire. The excitement of the students was visible. All the children came dressed in different shades of Blue and brought along with them various objects with blue shades in it, which provided opportunities to students to have a clear sense of the colour.

The day began with a Prayer song rendered by the tiny tots of LKG and UKG. Teacher Sujatha D’souza welcomed the gathering. Tiny tots sang rhymes and songs related to the colour blue. Few children spoke about the blue sky, the sun, the moon, the stars, the clouds, the rainbow etc.

The chief guest Rev. Fr. Flavian Lobo, Asst Parish Priest of Rosario Cathedral and Headmistress Mrs.Jeanette Fernandes appreciated the children for taking active part in various activities and for their performance. The children answered few questions relating to colour blue, the dignitaries admired the children’s interest, enthusiasm, participation and lauded the teachers for their efforts in making the blue day a success. They congratulated the parents for their co-operation and support. Blue day was truly an amazing learning experience for the students. It was a pleasant and a cool day for the tiny tots.
