Three days Thriduum was begun in preparation to the annual feast of Holy Rosary Cathedral, Mangalore on Wednesday 2nd 2013. Rev Fr. Sylvester Vincent Lobo was the main celebrant. The miraculous statue of our Lady of the Holy Rosary was solemnly installed in front of the Church for the purpose of devotees. Hundreds of devotees attended for the first day of thriduum and offered prayers and lighted the candles.

The parish priest has informed that three days special prayer will end on Friday. On Saturday there will be Vespers and Eucharist followed by a candle light procession. On Sunday 6th October Most Rev Dr Aloysius Paul D Souza the Bishop of Mangalore will preside the festive mass at 8 am. On this occasion the Bishop will be releasing a Novena Book of Our lady of the Holy Rosary and will inaugurate the new web site of the Church.
