St Francis Xavier Ward Feast was celebrated on Sunday, 4th  Dec 2022 at Janet & Maxim Pinto's house Landmark Green County Apartment at Mulihithlu. Asst Parish Priest Fr Vinod Lobo & Fr Santosh D'souza were the guests for the program. Gurkar of St Francis Xavier Ward Aldrin Vaz welcomed the gathering. Fr Vinod Lobo in this address said he is happy to see the service given by the ward members to the church all these years. He also appreciated everyone for actively participating in all church activities and attending the ward feast celebration in large numbers. Ward members sang the prayer song and also the song on St Francis Xavier. Outgoing ward representative Reshma Rodrigues read out the yearly report. Newly elected ward representative Violet Menezes read out the life story of St Francis Xavier. Kids of St Francis Xavier Ward enthralled the audience with their dance performances and singing. Houise Houise, group and spot games added joy to the celebration. Reeshal Menezes was felicitated for scoring distinction marks in PUC exams and also for winning first place in the Elocution Competition conducted by Konkani Natak Sabha at Don Bosco Hall. Reshieal Roshni Monteiro was felicitated for winning 3 Gold and 2 Silver medals at the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championship held at Auckland, Newland. Sr Shanthi Laveena, Sr Reshma and Elizabeth Roche graced the occasion. Ex Gurkar Ivan Pinto gave the vote of thanks. The program was well compered by newly elected ward representative Vinay Serrao. The program ended with family dinner which was cooked by ward members.
