The celebration of Deepavali took place on 5-11-22 in the Rosario Cultural Hall by the students of Rosario English Medium Higher Primary. The programme began at 10.20 am, with the lighting of the Deepa by the Administrator Rev.Fr Vinod Lobo and the Headmistress Mrs. Mavis Serrao along with a student representative. A short Prayer Service was conducted by reading the Holy Scripture from the Quran, The Bible and the Bhagavadgeetha. Our Headmistress Mrs. Mavis Serrao welcomed the Administrator Rev Fr. Vinod Lobo, the teaching and non teaching staff, and the students. Students welcomed all through a welcome dance.

The significance of the Day was highlighted by the students Shreyas of std VI and Nithik of std VII. The importance of Deepavali was depicted through a dance by the students. A variety of dance wishing on the occasion were exhibited by the students. Dear Administrator Rev. Fr. Vinod Lobo in his message asked the students to respect every religion and the people around them. He emphasized to become a religious tolerant, secular, harmonious students in the society. The programme ended with the words of gratitude and it was smoothly conducted by the M.C. Mrs. Roopa Nayak.
